Call for Papers for Workshop "Meeting the Authors: Ruth Faden and Madison Powers"
Deadline: March 15, 2012
We welcome abstract submissions from young and advanced scholars working on the topic of social justice and bioethics. The following areas are of special interest to the workshop:
- Discussion or critique of specific aspects of Powers and Faden’s social justice theory
- Discussion or critique on the relevance of social justice theory for bioethics (with reference to Powers and Faden)
- Application of the authors’ theory (and other theories of social justice) to your current work in the field of bioethics
